REVISE Section 1.6 (Closing Date) AS FOLLOWS: 1.6 Closing Date An original, to be so identified, and five (5) copies of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal (See Section IV) must be received by the Procurement Officer (ref. Section 1.2) by 3:00 PM, Friday November 9 Monday December 10 , 2012 in order to be considered. 3. REVISE Section 4.1 (Two Volume Submission) AS FOLLOWS: 4.1 Two Volume Submission An original, to be so identified, and five (5) copies of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal (See Section IV) must be received by the P rocurement Officer (ref. Section 1.2) by 3:00 PM, Friday November 9 Monday December 10 , 2012 in order to be considered. 4. The List of Attendees at the Pre -Proposal Conference and a Summary of the Conference is included with this Amendment. Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of t his Amendment in the Transmittal Letter accompanying the Proposal, as stated in Sections 2.2 and 4.2.A of the RFP.
