Revise Section 4.3.1 as follows: 4.3. Questions 4.3.1 All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title (CSA/DNA/23 -001 S, Statewide Genetic Paternity Testing Services), and shall be submitted in wri ting via e -mail to the Procurement Officer by November 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM Local Time at least five (5) days prior to the Proposal due date no later than the date and time specified the Key Information Summary Sheet – refer to Attachment A. The Procuremen t Officer, based on the availability of time to research and communicate an answer, shall decide whether an answer can be given before the Proposal due date.
