All information contained herein is binding on all Offerors who respond to this RFP. Specific parts of the RFP have been amended. The changes are listed below. Revise Section 4.3.1 as follows: 4.3. Questions 4.3.1 All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title (CSA/DNA/23 -001 S, Statewide Genetic Paternity Testing Services), and shall be submitted in wri ting via e -mail to the Procurement Officer by November 18, 2022, at 2:00 PM Local Time at least five (5) days prior to the Proposal due date no later than the date and time specified the Key Information Summary Sheet – refer to Attachment A.
