Dear Prospective Offerors:
This amendment is being issued to amend certain i nformation in the above -named RFP. All information
contained herein is binding on all Offerors who respond to this RFP. Specific parts of the RFP have been
amended. The changes are listed below. New language has been double underlined and mark ed in bold
(i.e. word ), and language that has been deleted has been marked with a strikethrough (i.e. word ).
1. Revise Attachment D as follows :
This solicitation includes a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goal of 25 29 percent.
2. Revise Attachment E as follows:
This solicitation includes a VSBE participation goal of 5% 6% .
3. Revise Section 4.6 as follows:
Multiple or alternate Proposals will not be accepted. Offerors may submit one (1) proposal for Functional
Area I and/or one (1) proposal for Functional Area II.
4. Revise Section 5.1 as follows:
Offerors shall submit Proposals in separate volumes (or envelopes):
o Volume I –Technical Proposal
o Volume II – Financial Proposal
NOTE:
An Offeror may submit a Proposal to provide services only for Functional Area I services
identified in this RFP, only for Functional Area II services identified in this RFP, or for both
functional area services identified in this RFP. An Offeror proposing to provide services in
both functio nal areas identified in this RFP shall submit separate one Technical Proposal s
clearly identifying which functional area each response is for and separate Financial
Proposals for each functional area. Each Financial Proposal must be in a separate, sealed
submission and submitted with the corresponding Technical Proposal labelled for that
functional area .
