EOHHS is issuing this RFA to solicit applications from eligible MassHealth-enrolled Providers of Outpatient Speech-Language pathology services. The purpose of this RFA is to facilitate an initiative to provide the evaluation, data driven trial, and distribution of Tablets to be used as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices to serve as Speech Generating Devices (SGD). The SGD devices will be configured to meet the functional speaking needs of qualified MassHealth Members.
