Demolition Svc Elliott Co Parcels 9 and 15 _________________________________________________ ***ONLY ONLINE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS RFB.*** *On this line, Bidders must enter $0.01 for price and zero (0) for delivery in the e-procurement system.* See attached document How to Respond to an Online Bid through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service site (updated).pdf. *ALL actual BID PRICES must be entered on attached Bid Sheet and submitted as an attachment in the e-procurement system.* *Please enter contact person, phone number, and email address on the bid sheet.* *Emailed and hard copies delivered by any method WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.* Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. _________________________________________________ Vendors shall submit bid pricing in table provided in Section 1.00. All phases of work required to complete this project shall be included in the cost. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR A mandatory onsite prebid meeting will NOT be held to discuss these parcels. It shall be the responsibility of prospective bidders to inspect and investigate improvements prior to submitting proposals to determine pertinent factors such as access, zoning, easements, condition of improvements, etc. The submission of a proposal will be construed as evidence that inspections and investigations have been made. Later claims for such items which could have been foreseen had inspections/investigations been made shall not be recognized.
