Description

Carbonyl/Volatile Organic Compound Toxic Air Sampler that includes: ATEC Model 2200-2 or equivalent. Sampler must operate on an input voltage of 115 VAC, 60 Hz and must be microprocessor controlled with interactive touch screen display. The screen display shall provide flexible scheduling, error checking, and data logging capabilities. Specifically, initial and final canister pressure readings. Toxic air sampler with dual channels (2 independent canister channels and 2 independent carbonyl channels) with independent electronic mass flow controllers per channel for collocated canister and carbonyl simultaneous sampling. Software calibration of mass flow controllers and pressure transducers. Programmable sampling start time for sample interval from 1 - 24 hour. Specifications for the canister channel are: . Must be capable of sub-ambient sampling. . 2 independent channels. . Manual and automatic leak checking capability. . Canister flow rate shall be 0-10 cc/min adjustable in 0.1 cc/min increments. Accuracy +/- 1% FS. . Programmable purge of entire sample path prior to sampling. Specifications for the cartridge channel are: . The sampler shall include a filter between the sample cartridge and the inlet of mass flow controller. . 2 independent channels. . Cartridge flow rate shall be 0-2 liter/min adjustable in 0.1 liter/min increments. Accuracy +/- 1% FS. . Temperature controlled ozone scrubber for carbonyl sampling. Complete instruction and maintenance manuals (with technical and service notes) shall be provided. A minimum of 1-year parts and labor warranty. Upon receipt of the samplers, they will undergo a 90-day performance evaluation at the Division for Air Quality's certification lab. This performance evaluation shall consist of leak, pressure, and flow checks (including any other monitor specifications) while operating the samplers under normal operating conditions. Failure of a sampler to meet stated performance specifications during this test will result in return of the samplers to the vendor for repairs at the vendor's expense, including shipping. Failure of multiple samplers during this test may result in termination of the contract and return of the samplers to the vendor at their expense (including shipping) for a full refund.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
