This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The scope of this project includes the replacement of five (5) split system air handlers. Ductwork will be cleaned and mostly reused except for what is required for connection to the new HVAC equipment. Also included in this project is, an upgrade to the electrical infrastructure and lighting of the building. A new main distribution panel will be provided and all panelboards and motor control center will be replaced. All lighting fixtures will be replaced with LED fixtures in accordance with Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) Handbook, IESNA Recommended Practices, etc.
