Contract RR-18-9015 was originally procured via Professional Services Bulletin (PSB 18-1) and IPB number 22041941. The contract was awarded to Bush Infotech Group, Inc. DBA Kristine Fallon Associates on May 24, 2018 via board resolution 21574. Notice to Proceed was issued on July 2, 2018 with a contract expiration date of December 31, 2025. The amendment extends the completion date of the contract to allow for completion of current tasks and transition to a new vendor.
