The contract was awarded to Milhouse Engineering & Construction, Inc on February 11, 2020 via board resolution 21954. Notice to Proceed was issued on June 2, 2020 with a contract expiration date of December 31, 2025. The contract is being amended to extend the completion date of the contract from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2026, to allow the contract to continue to provide construction management services as included in the contract scope of work. No additional funds are required.
