Item # 1: ( 912 - 00 ) Renewal Notice this is not a Solicitation -This construction contract I-21-4837 was advertised on 3/1/22, BidBuy# 22-557THA-ENGCO-B-27715. Bids were received on 4/8/22. The contract was awarded by the Tollway Board to Aldridge Electric, Inc. on 5/19/22 via board resolution 22462 in the amount of $12,961,987.60. The contract is set to expire on 12/29/25. The contract expiration needs to be extended because additional time is required to complete contract work including fiber optic cable cutovers for 3rd party, transfer of maintenance of the FOC, final inspection, agreement on final quantities, and close out of processes. The Tollway will utilize the one-year renewal option prescribed in the contract. No additional funds are required.
