CHANGE ORDER NOTICE I-16-4679R Elgin O'Hare Western Access, IL 390 at Western Access Interchange 1st Amendment: This is not a solicitation, See Items Tab for details. Item # 1: ( 918 - 96 ) 1st Amendment: This Construction Management contract was advertised in Professional Services Bulletin PSB 19-3 on 11/22/19, BidBuy# 19-557THA-ENGCO-B-11591. Selection Committee results were determined on 2/26/20. The contract was awarded to STV, Inc. on 3/26/20 via board resolution 21988 in the amount of $13,497,967.36. This contract is set to expire on 12/31/25. This contract provides CM services for Tollway contract I-16-4669 (Elgin O'Hare Western Access (I-490), Roadway and Bridge Construction, IL Route 390 and I-490 Interchange). The start of the 4669 contract was delayed due to railroad coordination and land use access rights negotiations and is currently approximately 15% complete with an anticipated final completion date of 10/1/2027. If the 4679R contract is not extended until 12/31/27, the Tollway will need to procure construction management services to complete the work required for the 4669 contract (including contract closeout).
