RR-23-4924 T/S Tlwy (I-94) Drainage Improvements Atkinson Road To Half Day Road MP 14.7 To MP 21.9 Pursuant to CPO Notice 2020.06, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted. For more details please see the attachment titled Notice of Electronic Submissions Only. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only Item # 1: ( 912 - 00 ) The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about April 22, 2024. All work under this contract shall be completed by November 22, 2024. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Tri-State Tollway (I-94) between Mile Post 14.7 and Mile Post 21.9 in Lake County, Illinois. The work under this contract includes cleaning storm sewers, culverts and drainage structures, cleaning and regrading ditches, landscaping and erosion control, and maintenance of traffic during construction.********** Attention Small Business Initiative Vendors********** NOTE: A Bidder must be registered as a small business in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) at the time bids are due in order for their bid to be evaluated. For complete requirements and to register a Bidder's business visit (http://www.ipg.vendorreg.com) to register in the IPG and visit (Tollway website) to register as a Small Business in the Illinois Tollways Small Business Initiative. --------------------REMINDER TO VENDORS SUBMITTING IPG ACTIVE REGISTERED VENDOR DISCLOSURE (FORMERLY FORMS B)--------------------Vendors intending to fulfill certification and disclosure requirements by supplying the State with their Illinois Procurement Gateway registration number, expiration date, and "IPG ACTIVE REGISTERED VENDOR DISCLOSURE (FORMERLY FORMS B)" documents must read this clarification document in its entirety.
