ILSOS DMV Solution The Office of the Secretary of State (ILSOS) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive turnkey solution for a Drivers and Vehicles Modernization (DMV) solution that encompasses a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) DMV software that meets all mandatory requirements with all necessary licenses for full operational use within ILSOS. See the attached RFP for additional details. Item # 1: ( 208 - 80 ) Total cost from detailed cost proposal.
