DCI- ISU- FY25 Unmanned Aircraft with TetherSystems ISP is seeking a vendor to provide DJI and Elistair brand name products or equivalent equipment listed in the invitation for bid documents. Item # 1: ISP is seeking a vendor to provide DJI and Elistair brand name products or equivalent equipment listed in the line items below. The use of a brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics desired and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. "Or equal" submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. It is on the vendor to prove equivalency product. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder. Bidders should provide with their bid submission a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, Brand Name, Model Name, and Specifications for the products quoted. This must be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the product offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid. This information should be provided in the -Alternative Description-section, and as needed, supplemented by information a Bidder attaches to their Bid. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Vendor must bid on all lines items to be deemed responsive. Award will be to lowest total priced responsive bidder. SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PER UNIT COST. Product must be delivery within 60 days of contract execution unless mutually agreed upon extension but no later than June 30, 2025.
