Utility Tariff and Cost Data Analysis Commission seeks to hire an independent consultant to assist by compiling and analyzing utility tariff and cost data, and by assessing current practices against Title 83 Ill. Admin Code and other jurisdictions and developing policy options consistent with 220 ILCS 5 and the State's decarbonization and consumer-protection goals.
