Development Lifecycle Software Solution RFP IHDA seeks to implement a comprehensive platform that supports all phases of the multifamily development lifecycle, from pre-development to long-term compliance and affordability tracking through the end of the period of affordability. The DLS Solution will serve as a centralized platform for managing IHDA�?�¢??s multifamily housing portfolio, which includes more than 2,000 affordable rental properties with over 100,0000 units across the state of Illinois.
