IBCCP/IWP Data System RFP This Request for Proposal solicitation seeks to secure a data system for the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (IBCCP) and Illinois WISEWOMAN Program (IWP) to collect federally mandated program data. Item # 1: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) which requires the pricing to remain locked/unopened prior to the Agency's evaluation of the Vendor's Technical proposal.
