REBID Hanley Auditorium HVAC/Electrical Work FY26 Agency is seeking HVAC/Electrical Work at the Hanley Auditorium. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only. Item # 1: ( 910 - 36 ) General worker (straight time) for installation, modifying and on-site customer training General worker (straight time) for installation, modifying and on-site customer training Item # 2: ( 910 - 36 ) Carrier air cooled 38RCD0306HA1D184 30-ton unit to match existing AHU. Carrier air cooled 38RCD0306HA1D184 30-ton unit to match existing AHU. Item # 8: ( 910 - 36 ) Vendor supplied equipment, materials, and installation/Hoisting (Crane). Vendor supplied equipment, materials, and installation/Hoisting (Crane). Item # 5: Provide and install 460 3 phase DX air cooled condensing unit for existing AHU. Provide elevated steel structure for condensing unit to sit on. Provide all electrical connections and material from start of project to completion of project. Provide all electrical connections from MCC to the outside unit and all low voltage control wiring from outside unit to the air handler and the operational building automation program. Modify/install drain piping as required for coil installation. Provide and install all required refrigeration specialties. Provide all refrigerant piping and insulation as required. Provide and install 460 3 phase DX air cooled condensing unit for existing AHU. Provide elevated steel structure for condensing unit to sit on. Provide all electrical connections and material from start of project to completion of project.
