Getting Around IL Mobile App RFP The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Operations seeks to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software as a service (SaaS) hosted solution to create a user-friendly mobile application that has more capabilities than a mobile-friendly website. IDOT seeks to have a mobile GPS application to provide the motoring public with information regarding traffic conditions, construction, incidents, and improved availability for alternate routes.
