REBID GAAP - Reporting Assistance - IFB IDOT is seeking a Vendor to provide consultation oversight, compliance monitoring GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reports, Financial Statements, and related tasks. The vendor must have prior experience with FHWA, FTA, FRA, FAA federal grant reporting requirements. GAAP Reporting is required as part of the overall financial reporting and audit process of the State of Illinois. Item # 1: ( 946 - 49 ) 24 months initial Term: IDOT is seeking a Vendor to provide oversight, compliance monitoring GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reports, Financial Statements, and related tasks. The vendor must have prior experience with FHWA, FTA, FRA, FAA federal grant reporting requirements. GAAP Reporting is required as part of the overall financial reporting and audit process of the State of Illinois. 24 months initial Term: IDOT is seeking a Vendor to provide oversight, compliance monitoring GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reports, Financial Statements, and related tasks. The vendor must have prior experience with FHWA, FTA, FRA, FAA federal grant reporting requirements. GAAP Reporting is required as part of the overall financial reporting and audit process of the State of Illinois. Item # 2: The Illinois Department of Transportation is not soliciting services for the preparation of GAAP packages. Instead, the Department is seeking to engage a vendor to provide consultation services for the review of our GAAP packet to ensure accuracy. The selected vendor will support the agency in maintaining compliance with GAAP reporting standards by offering guidance and assistance, rather than directly preparing the reports on our behalf. This approach reflects a proactive stance from the vendor in assisting the agency with GAAP reporting while emphasizing the agency's responsibility for compliance.
