D7 Ready Mix Contract Coles County The Illinois Department of Transportation, District #7 is respectfully requesting quotes for various Ready Mix Concrete mixes to be delivered to various locations throughout Coles County by a Ready Mix Vendor within 20 miles of Mattoon. Please quote the concrete mixes as separate line items and include delivery fees in cubic yard pricing. The Ready Mix Plant bidding must be IDOT Certified to qualify.
