CDB Operations Management Software RFP This solicitation is issued by the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) on behalf of Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) in cooperation and agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract that enables CDB a to contract with a qualified Vendor for the replacement of the current eBuilder and CDB Main systems that support construction operations at CDB. Item # 1: ( 208 - 11 ) OFFERORS SHALL ENTER TOTAL CONTRACT COST IN THIS LINE ITEM. Enter the Total Contract Cost from Attachment B - IL Price Workbook, Tab 1-Total Price Summary, Line 20, Column B.
