Illinois DCEO Loan System RFP The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) on behalf of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for a comprehensive end-to-end SaaS loan management solution for all DCEO divisions and offices along with associated services to develop, configure, test, implement, support, maintain, host, train, manage, and administer the solution.
