JPMC - Hewlett Packard (HP) Master Contract Multiple Award IFB The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology, in agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services (CPO-GS), desires to establish a joint purchase master contract for the purchase of end user computer equipment and related services with up to two (2) vendors. Primary and Secondary awards will be made to the two lowest priced responsive and responsible bidders.
