JPMC Dell Master Server and Storage This solicitation is issued by the Department of Innovation and Technology, in cooperation and agreement with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Joint Master Purchasing Contract to enable all governmental units, and qualified not-for-profit agencies to purchase Dell brand servers and storage (non-cloud-based and cloud-based), accessories, replacement and upgrade components, installation and configuration services. Item # 1: ( 920 - 45 ) Dell Certified Technical Analyst - Standard Hourly Rate - Standard configuration, deployment, installation, upgrade and problem resolution for end-user desktop/laptop, printers, and network related hardware, operating systems and software. Minimum 2-5 years experience in functional area and specific product technology requested.
