IDOC MEN R&M ROOF REPLACEMENT E/K JRA Menard Correctional Center is seeking a qualified vendor for a total roof replacement of the Staff Dietary Building. This procurement s for Small Business Set Aside Program Vendors Only. Item # 1: ( 914 - 73 ) Menard Correctional Center is seeking licensed roofing vendors to complete roof replacement on the Employee Kitchen building to include all labor, materials, equipment, and consumables. Remove existing roofing to wood deck, remove all curb and wall flashings, replace up to 1500 sq. ft. of wood deck, install two layers of 2.6" iso mechanically fastened to wood, install new fully adhered 60 mil. EDPM roofing, install wall, curb, and penetration flashings to manufacturers specifications, install termination bar at all masonry walls, install approx. 100 ft. of box gutters and downspouts. This is a one story building, with a flat roof.
