IDOC-Lawrence-Pest Control Services Monthly Pest Treatment Services Item # 1: ( 910 - 59 ) First Year: Monthly pest control services for the facility grounds and all buildings. Services will include but are not limited to: rodent control, insect control, chemical applications as needed, and bait station installation and monitoring as needed. Treatment area includes sixteen buildings with a total square footage of approximately 364,000 sq ft. First Year: Monthly pest control services for the facility grounds and all buildings.
