Grounds Maintenance FVATC Fox Valley Adult Transition Center is seeking a qualified vendor to provide lawn care, snow removal services, and salt spreading services for the facility. Item # 1: ( 988 - 36 ) Year 1: Per occurrence for each complete cycle of mowing, edging and weed eating. Grounds maintenance needed at Fox Valley ATC. All services to include mowing, edging and weed eating, must be completed to the satisfaction of the facility prior to submission of an invoice for payment. Snow removal to be completed when there is two (2) inches or more of snow. Snow removal to be completed within two (2) hours after being called by Fox Valley ATC personnel. Vendor to provide all equipment needed to plow and remove the snow off the driveways, parking lots and sidewalks. The services under this contract are on an "as needed basis" and do not guarantee services will be needed each month. Vendor shall make every effort to have areas cleared of snow by 7:00 am, seven days per week including weekends and holidays.
