Old State Capitol SHS-Concrete Repair Work Item # 1: ( 910 - 51 ) Scrape (and remove as necessary) and repair spalled and broken concrete on ceiling and walls in west underground garage pedestrian stairwell. Prime and paint repaired surfaces with masonry paint designed for water repellency and formulated for high-moisture environments. Remove broken door frame on lower level of pedestrian hallway and install steel fire-rated door (left swing) with closer and code compliant hardware. Repair broken concrete in ceiling and replace missing bracket supporting sewer line. Remove loose concrete and repair.
