DNR - Spring Aerial Canada Goose Survey 2026 End user accidentally cancelled Bid# 50681 when attempting to award to Southern Illinois Helicopter. Bid was cloned to execute award. Item # 1: ( 905 - 28 ) Helicopter service to perform Canada Goose Population Survey through April 2026. Payment will be made in terms of a set rate per hour of flight time, up to a maximum amount specified. See attached specs for flight details. Please submit a quote of the hourly rate you will accept for this contract per flight hour, the type of helicopter and GPS equipment to be used; a list of all pilots slated for use on this project and a statement indicating that the vendor pilots meet the qualifications identified in the specifications attached.
