QBS-Universally Accessible State Park Site Evaluations Professional services are required to complete site evaluations, preliminary schematic designs for site infrastructure and accessible features, preliminary opinions of probable costs, along with other planning documentation for five IDNR sites located throughout the State of Illinois. Offerors must be listed as a prequalified contractor with the Illinois Capital Development Board as an Architect - Engineer at the time of SOI submission. Item # 1: ( 907 - 35 ) Professional services are required to complete site evaluations, preliminary schematic designs for site infrastructure and accessible features, preliminary opinions of probable costs, along with other planning documentation for five IDNR sites located throughout the State of Illinois. Specific locations for evaluation have not been determined by IDNR at this time.
