JP Change Order Notice FCS Income Verification System IDHS is increasing this Joint Purchase contract with Equifax for income verification services. Equifax has made enhancements to their system which will deliver information faster, providing a greater degree of accuracy for the State SNAP benefits computation. The income verification information being supplied is unchanged. See attachments for more details. Vendor is to provide Online Data Service for INCOME verification that includes REAL TIME electronic access to income and employment data furnished to Vendor by employers, which will assist with eligibility determination for State public assistance programs. 2. Vendor is to also provide Online Data Service to INCARCERATION data that includes electronic access to both State Corrections and County Jail entities for all available counties in the State of Illinois.
