ISD SP PIF - Replace Exterior Loading Dock Doors The Illinois School for the Deaf located at 125 S. Webster Ave., Jacksonville, Il, is seeking a vendor to replace exterior loading dock doors at Wait, Horner, and Officer Hall on the ISD campus. The project needs to be completed by 06/30/2026. Item # 1: ( 910 - 14 ) ISD is seeking bidders to remove and replace the exterior loading dock doors at Wait, Horner, and Officer Hall. Bidders Must: Remove and dispose of existing steel exterior doors/frames on the loading dock area of the 3 buildings. Doors are currently set up with handicap hardware w/motorized openers to remain and attach to new doors. All new doors are to be steel with a 24X30 1/4" tempered glass, mortise lockset, and continuous hinge. Using agency utilizes the Best Series 7 lock, so lockset would need to be compatible. Stainless steel hardware is preferred. Remove daily and upon completion of the job all trash and construction debris. Ensure proper security of door opening at all times. Current door opening is approx 76 1/4" x 100 3/4". Upon completion of the install verify proper operation of the automatic door.
