ISD IFB PIF Mill And Repave Health Center and High School Parking Lots The Illinois School for the Deaf located at 125 S. Webster Ave., Jacksonville, Il, is seeking a vendor to mill and repave The Health Center and High School Parking Lots. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY. Item # 1: ( 913 - 94 ) ISD is seeking bidders to repave east parking lot at the High School on ISD campus. Bidders must: Mill and remove approximately 6 inches of existing asphalt from parking lot. Ensure base under asphalt is smooth with proper slope for drainage. Repave using bituminous asphalt utilizing existing curb, gutter, manholes, etc. Parking areas are to be restriped after asphalt is installed. Bidders are to remove all debris, construction materials, etc. daily and upon completion of job. Coordinate with agency using a schedule for shutting down parking area to complete job.
