ISD is seeking bidders to remove carpet/replace with carpet and floor tile in 2 buildings (Horner and Officer) and carpet in 2 rooms at Main Bldg. See Scope of Work for more information. Item # 1: ( 910 - 09 ) ISD is seeking bidders to remove carpet and replace with carpet and floor tile in 2 of our dorm buildings: Horner and Officer Halls. As well as carpet in 2 rooms at Main Building. Areas to replace carpet : Officer 1st floor South end hallways and dayrooms; approx. 1970 sq. ft. Horner 1st floor South end hallways and dayrooms; approx. 1970 sq. ft. Main 1st floor conference room and security office; approx.. 1250 sq. ft. Areas to replace floor tile: Officer 1st floor North end dayrooms; approx. 900 sq. ft. Horner 1st floor North end dayrooms; approx. 900 sq. ft. Bidders must: Remove and dispose of old carpet, tack strips, etc. Install new 26 oz. commercial level loop carpet in blue color or closest available match to existing. Install vinyl composite tile that is closest match to existing. Replace all vinyl cove base molding, if appropriate. Install new carpet trim and transitions as necessary. Follow all manufacturers specs on installation of carpet and tile. Supply all tools, building materials, equipment, labor and dumpsters to complete the job. Bidder must daily and on final completion of job, clean up all construction debris and materials.
