Offeror must enter pricing for this item as a not-to-exceed dollar amount, meaning, if entered correctly, the amount shown would be equal to DHS exercising the request for all three machines. Additionally, pricing should be listed as quoted for the five years of the initial term (this will allow a maximum cost amount to be reflected). Note - DHS shall only be billed for machines fulfilled from this request and costs to IDHS shall be prorated based upon when machines are fulfilled.
