Rebid FY25 DHS DRS EVV System The Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for a Vendor to provide Electronic Visit Verification. The intended initial term is five (5) years with five (5) years of renewals. See RFP for details. Item # 1: The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) requires a vendor to provide integration, training, maintenance and operation of an Electronic Timekeeping and Visit Verification system (EVV). The successful offeror will provide a solution, compliant with both current and future State and Federal Medicaid regulations. It is the agency's intention to establish a contract with a five-year initial term, with five, 12-month renewal options.
