DMH EMHC FY25 Medical Director Services-REBID The Illinois Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking bids for a vendor to source full time medical director services at Elgin Mental Health Center located at 750 S. State Street Elgin, IL 60123. Item # 1: ( 962 - 69 ) FY25 Staffing Services to source a full time Medical Director for Elgin Mental Health Center. The contractor shall screen and present a physician with an Illinois license to practice medicine and an American Board of Medical Specialties Certification, or its equivalent, in Psychiatry. The physician serves as the Medical Director and supervises medical staff, maintains overall quality of clinical care, and develops and implements policies and procedures. Services shall be provided in accordance with the Scope of Work in the contract. Routinely, full time hours will be 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
