Item # 2: ( 918 - 04 ) INITIAL TERM YEARS 1-5: Vendor will be paid for Medicare Part D Revenue Maximization services based on a percentage of the total reimbursement available. For comparison purposes only, a total reimbursement of $7,086,280.00 per year will be used to capture the percentage to be retained by the bidder in payment of services rendered. Bidders shall enter $7,086,280.00 in the Unit Cost field and enter the percentage of reimbursement returned to the State in the Discount % field. If entered correctly, Total field will reflect Bidder's price.
