FY24 CRMHC D-South Plumbing Water Main Replacement Chicago-Read MHC is establishing a contract for the removal and installation of a new water main and associated branch piping and fixtures to washrooms, bedrooms, dietary and medication rooms, mop basin, and showers on the D-South unit. THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR REGISTERED SBSA PROGRAM VENDORS ONLY. Item # 1: ( 914 - 68 ) Chicago-Read MHC is seeking a vendor to provide both labor and materials to demo and replace the D-South water mains including hot, cold, and hot water return mains. All laterals, hot and cold from mains to branch piping must also be replaced and all branches to washrooms, housekeeping closet, and medication rooms. The vendor will provide all fixtures and trim and all new water mains, pipes, and fittings must be insulated. This contract is subject to the Prevailing Wage act and requires a performance bond.
