Emergency Notice - Revenue Enhancement Program THIS IS NOT A BID OPPORTUNITY. The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is declaring an emergency contract due to the connection between I.T. systems and federal claiming. DCFS requires maintenance and development of complex application system software and databases supporting federal program eligibility and claiming. Item # 1: ( 918 - 32 ) Vendor will continue with maximization and protection of federal revenues, services that are not available in-house. Specific areas, although not limited to, are: FEDERAL FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION (MARS FFP) APPLICATIONS, EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, HOME OF RELATIVE REPORTING including Certified Children/Homes ->, MONITORING & CLAIMING, HOME OF RELATIVE REPORTING including Certified Children/Homes ->, MONITORING & CLAIMING, TRUST SYSTEM, CLAIM AND REPORTING SYSTEM (CARS), Subsidy Tracking System. Vendor will continue with maximization and protection of federal revenues, services that are not available in-house.
