Please see IFB for more information Item # 2: ( 918 - 25 ) Vendor will conduct surveys utilizing AuditPoll of all Illinois polling places located in Attachment 6.1 to determine compliance with the following State & Federal Laws: Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12131-12134) Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act (52 USC 20104-20107) Illinois Election Code 10 ILCS 5/11-4.2 26 Illinois Administrative Code 209.40 Please see example of the AuditPoll survey included in attachment 6.2 for vendor reference.
