Please see item description and attachments Item # 1: The purpose of this procurement is to secure a vendor to conduct complete accessibility surveys of Illinois polling places (as identified by local election authorities within the state) to determine compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA), the Illinois Election Code, and 26 Ill. Adm. Code Part 209. Please see IFB for more information Item # 2: ( 918 - 25 ) Vendor will conduct surveys utilizing AuditPoll of all Illinois polling places located in Attachment 6.1 to determine compliance with the following State & Federal Laws: Americans with Disabilities Act (42 USC 12131-12134) Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act (52 USC 20104-20107) Illinois Election Code 10 ILCS 5/11-4.2 26 Illinois Administrative Code 209.40 Please see example of the AuditPoll survey included in attachment 6.2 for vendor reference.
