This state term contract provides benefits consulting services, actuarial services, and claims auditing services; hourly rates are provided for principal, senior, and junior job titles within each service category. Project-based pricing may be used instead of hourly rates to accomplish goals and tasks that include more complex requirements; customers shall negotiate all pricing, fees, and related expenses associated with the completion of each task and deliverable. Please note that not all contractors were awarded all three service categories; please refer to "Pricing" in the Contract Information section above for a complete list of service categories awarded to each contractor. This contract was procured in accordance with subsection 287.056(3), Florida Statutes, which states that, "The department [DMS] must enter into and maintain one or more state term contracts with benefits consulting companies."
