Contractor shall provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services which includes monthly Elevator Maintenance, hourly Repairs, hourly Emergency Repairs, and Parts at percentage off MSRP. Hourly additional elevator consulting services are also available under this contract. Please note that, in accordance with section 287.056, Florida Statutes, state agencies are required to purchase commodities and contractual services from state term contracts procured by the Department of Management Services.
