This contract provides Cloud Solutions directly from Oracle. State Purchasing strongly encourages Customers to review the contract in its entirety to ensure they are familiar with the requirements of this contract. This contract includes:
Oracle Software as a Service (SaaS)
Oracle Infrastructure as a Services (IaaS)
Oracle Platform as a Services (PaaS)
This contract does not include:
Authorized Resellers that are not explicitly listed on the State Purchasing website.
Additionally, please note that the terms of the Ordering Documents shall apply to the extent that the Oracle order terms and other mutually agreed upon terms will not materially reduce either party’s obligations under this contract. As stated in the contract, any additional terms included in any purchase orders issued pursuant to this contract must be mutually agreed upon in writing. The purchase of Cloud Services, Professional Services, or other service offerings, programs or products are all separate offers and separate from any other Order. The Purchasing Entity understands that the Purchasing Entity may purchase Cloud Services, Professional Services, or other service offerings, programs or products independently of any other Order. The Purchasing Entity’s obligation to pay under any Order is not contingent on performance of any other service offerings or delivery of programs or products.
