Description
The State of Florida Purchasing Card is a restricted use, non-revolving credit card issued to state agency employees for official business use only. An employee cardholder is designated and authorized by the state agency to be the sole user of an assigned purchasing card to make purchases, within preset limits, on behalf of the state agency. Eligible users may establish their own purchasing card program using this state term contract. This contract also includes training for cardholders, administrators, supervisors, and finance and accounting personnel.
