Description

This legislatively authorized contract provides court reporting services in Florida's 20 judicial circuits; rates are established for appearance fees, transcripts, and optional services, such as telephone reporting, transcription from tapes, digital transcription, video services, and video conferencing. This contract is administered by the Office of the Attorney General in accordance with subsection 287.059(14), Florida Statutes.
