This state term contract has been established for the purchase of Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, and Multimedia Services at an hourly rate.  Pricing is established for four service categories: Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, and Multimedia Services. Project based pricing is not permitted to be greater than the hourly rate published on the price sheet. Media buys shall be contemplated in the Customer Scope of work or Purchase Order.
