Closed LEGAL NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OVRTA is seeking proposals for Architectural & Engineering. OVRTA is Re-roofing and Re-facing our Administrative and Maintenance Facility. The scope of the work is outlined in the Request for Qualifications. The successful Proposer shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. The RFQ, which includes the procurement schedule, may be obtained by contacting: The Executive Director at OVRTA 21 South Huron Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, or by email at weishar@ovrta.org . All proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on September 3, 2021 at the address above. A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 19 at 10:00 a.m. at the OVRTA offices located at 21 South Huron Street, Wheeling, WV 26003. Attendance at this meeting is recommended but is not mandatory. The meeting space will provide for social distancing. The right is reserved to accept any proposal/bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. Acceptance of any proposal/bid may be subject to concurrence by the Federal Transit Administration. Any contract resulting from these proposals is subject to financial assistance contract between the OVRTA and the Federal Transit Administration. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
