Description
The Department of Health (Department) is soliciting hemoglobin testing equipment and supplies (invasive method) for use in over 200 clinics across the Commonwealth providing services to participants in the Pennsylvania Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC or WIC Program).
All Bids must arrive prior to the Bid opening date and time to be considered, and become property of the Commonwealth once submitted.
Prospective vendors must register at the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. Prospective vendors who do not have access to the internet or who have questions about registering should contact the DGS Customer Service Center at 717-346-2676 (Harrisburg area) or 877-435-7363 (toll free).
